NEW COMP FINALLY!
A certain dear friend of mine *coughalisonangcough* has most kindly reminded me that I have yet to announce it here. (al, pls don't kill me)
So yes, it is official. I have a new comp.
WARNING: The following 4 paragraphs contains a highly dramatic (not to mention peppered with lameness) narrative of my having a new comp. Readers' discretion advised (read: please skip to the last line of this post it if exaggeration is not your cup of tea, or coffee, or whichever beverage you prefer.)
The house has finally diversified its portfolio of computers. No longer do we have all our eggs in one basket (i.e. my bro's laptop). Now with 2 computers, we can reduce the risk of time-wasting due to the laptop being hogged by someone in the family and increase the returns associated with immediate use of the desktop. Without a doubt, we have achieved a higher level of utility and moved to a higher indifference curve!
Oh the joy! Oh the euphoria!
