seriously pissed

Can't stand some people. You already said in black and white to proceed with the sales when my dad's able to get an offer of $1.1 million. Then when my dad finally gets an offer of $1.09-something million after a lot of negotiation, you change your target price to $1.12. Raise the price coz there are units being sold at that price? What about my dad? How is he gonna tell the offeror? How will this affect my dad, whose job builds on good service and reputation? And who's gonna get the shit if the offeror gets pissed off? My dad is, not you. Plus all the advertisements, the calls, the time, they cost money. And my dad's already collecting half the commission others usually collect, plus he provided you with a lot of information that other agents will probably not reveal.

And now you raise the target price to $1.25mil.

Do you also notice you're putting your husband in a very difficult position?

Did I mention the aforemention unreasonable person is the wife of my cousin?

Look at the bigger picture. Look at the consequences of what you're doing. Who's to say if the market has truly recovered? Don't go blaming my dad if the market goes south and you can't even meet your initial target of $1.1mil. And don't you effin' think that my dad's obligated to accede to every target price-increasing whim and fancy of yours just because you're family.

Then again, if you truly were family, you wouldn't behave like that.
